Policies: I charge a 50% cancellation fee if appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment you will need to do a solid color. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and your full service must be paid. Being late is inconvenient for both me and the client after you. No shows will be charged for the full amount of your service. I only work on natural nails and I don’t add length.
